A new version of the app is available with a fix for the current issue.
To mitigate the problem: Download and install the new app from our website. Contact support if you still have any issues.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are seeing that some Windows customers are not being able to start their player this morning. We are currently investigating this issue.

Possible work arounds: Uninstall the app, restart the computer and install the app again. Make sure you are not running the app with elevated mode (admin privileges) as that is not longer supported.
